Communications with RI headquarters breakdowns

Monday morning, a power surge and malfunction at RI headquarters in 
Evanston resulted in the shutdown of our computer servers. Therefore, 
RI headquarters staff does not have access to the databases used to 
assist Rotarians in areas such as Foundation information, convention 
registration, Member Access, and address changes. RI e-mail is also 
unavailable.

We expect to resume normal operations by the end of the week.

During this period, all e-mail sent to RI staff will not be received. 
We ask that you conduct all business with RI headquarters via phone, 
regular mail, or fax.

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work 
diligently and around the clock to address this situation.

PR Grant Reimbursement Deadline

Because Rotary's computers are down until further notice, clubs seeking 
reimbursement for previously approved PR Grants should send their 
documentation via fax or standard mail. Rotary will honor all such 
requests for reimbursements postmarked by 11 June 2007.
